So, tomorrow is the first day for this very lose and free-form novel writing group. I've just written down a few notes, have no idea what my novel will be about, and am hoping (desperately) that the major writer's block I've had for awhile now will suddenly pull up stakes and go elsewhere.
Feel free to use the comment section here to vent or brag or give the rest of us ideas that you like but can't use. Just think, a month or so from now you'll be able to open a sentence with, "Oh, yeah, I heard about that while I was in the middle of writing my book. . . "

A friend asked how my book was going. I replied 'It's only the 5th so I have 26 more days to start ;-) I am starting on Monday after the blog party. Right now that has all my energy gone.

gah - I stopped writing in NaNoWriMo because my hands hurt too much. Now I can't remember what I was going to write! I keep looking at the pages. bah.
